BoundaryCare account holders can manage most of their account actions through the BoundaryCare app or web portal. However, some actions, including managing payment and account deletion, cannot be accomplished in-app for certain types of accounts.
To request deletion of your BoundaryCare account, you should email support@boundarycare.com and provide the associated email address or 10-digit BoundaryCare Account ID. Your request will be processed within 2 business days. Our team will only notify you if there is an issue in deleting your account.
BoundaryCare will delete all account information, including data collected during normal use of the app, although may retain necessary information as required for billing/accounting purposes, or to comply with laws or relevant regulations. In some jurisdictions and for some users, such data may be retained for up to 10 years, although in many cases it will be shorter. BoundaryCare makes reasonable efforts to fully delete data as soon as it is practicable and allowed.
